Jackie O's Brandy Barrel Dark Apparition is een Russian imperial stout waarvoor 7 mout soorten werden gebruikt om de diepe smaken van koffie, chocolade, caramel en molasses te bekomen. De gebruikte Europese en Amerikaanse hop zorgen lichte, kruidige bitterheid. De brandy vatrijping duurde 15 maanden en geeft het bier een nog dieper karakter.
