Prescience

Prescience is a 12.5% Yumberry Mead made with Orange Blossom Honey. Yumberries are originally known as the Chinese Bayberry. Crimson in color with a bright acidity reminiscent of pomegranates, we wanted to let this one lean on the more acidic side of balance to let those unique flavors show. This mead showcases the deep seediness of Raspberries while a cranberry/pomegranate fruit profile lingers into the finish. Viscous, rich, and an explosion of fruit from end to end.
